Meet our Pastoral Team
Pastor Kevin Bernat was raised in the city of Philadelphia. After working in the printing industry for 13 years he got saved and felt a call to ministry. After attending Global University and acheiving a Bachelors in Thelogy he felt called to Ocean City where he got connected with Pastor Stanely of Bridgeton Assembly and started New Life Assembly.
Pastor Kevin's passion in life is to see people fall in love with Christ and help them to really live out their faith. His goal in life is to be a firestarter in getting people on fire with christ and to help them really make their faith their own. His favorite Bible verse is every Bible verse there is.
Born and raised right outside of Philadelphia, Pastor Jonathan, Nicknamed PJ, Graduated Valley Forge Christian College with a Bachelors in Youth Ministry and a Minor in Counseling. He was adopted into the New Life family in late 2013 as the Youth Pastor and since then has taken on an Community role along with Worship Pastor.
PJ's passion is to see those that don't know Christ have a radical life changing encounter with him and for those that know Christ to develop gospel fluency and understanding of what they believe. He loves to see people asking tough questions and developing their understanding of Christ while gaining a heart to go and proclaim it as well.
Born in Puerto Rico and raised right here in Linwood, NJ. Sway Graduated The University of Valley Forge with a BA in Pastoral Leadership with a minor in Youth Studies. Joining the team in 2018, he is Pastor of Next Gen Ministries here at New Life which includes Children's, Youth, & Young Adults.
Sway's passion is to see a community that is fluent in the Gospel and sharing with one another in true fellowship. He loves to see people grow deeper in their relationships with God and with other believers. He one day aspires to become a church planter in any location that God calls him to.
